How is the fit of the clothes?

Our products are loosely cut and very comfortable to wear - classic basics with that little bit extra. Basically, the products are regular fit.

How can I place my order?

- Search for your desired product

- Enter the URL you want to have stored in your QR code, e.g. your Instagram

- Select your size

- Follow the instructions to check out

What payment method do you accept?

Paypal, Apple Pay, Klarna, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?


Can I modify my order?

If you have put wrong information please contact us at hello@nuts-project.com ASAP. We can adjust your information as long as the order has not been shipped and your order products as long as they have not been printed.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been printed yet, we can refund the amount and cancel it. However, if your order has already been prepared, we cannot cancel it.

Where is my order?

Due to holiday season shipping times my take longer. Once your product is shipped you get a shipping confirmation mail containing a tracking link.

International shipments

If you order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it my be subject to fees, taxes or other charges due to local or custom laws. NUTS PROJECT takes care of the shipment but not of the possible local expenses.

The buyer will be responsible for all custom costs associated with the import of the product.

For customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free within the Euro zone. For other zones, please refer to our shipping policy.

Can I have my delivery sent to a Packstation?

No, unfortunately it is usually not possible to deliver to a PO Box address or to a Packstation.

Why haven't I received the confirmation email?

First, please check your spam or spam tray, since your confirmation email be there.

If you do not find it, do not hesitate to contact us at hello@nuts-project.com and we send the confirmation again.


Can I return my order?

You can return your order 30 days after you received the order. You bear the risk and the costs for your return. You can initiate returns at your user account. Please check our refund policy for more.

What is the return address?

We have sent you the return address in our return authorization. You bear the risk and cost of the return shipment.

The return address on the packaging slip is different?

We work with a printing company to fulfill your orders fast and secure worldwide. The return address on the packaging slip is only valid if your product is damaged, otherwise send it directly to us.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive the return, we check if the quality of the goods qualifies for return (unworn, unwashed,...). Then we will initiate the refund of the payment, using the same payment method as you selected. The processing time on our part is expected to take up to 10 days. Depending on the payment provider you used that can take longer.

Can I exchange an item?

No, an exchange is not possible under any circumstances. In this case, qualify for a revocation guarantee and order the other item you want as a new order.

I have received a damaged or wrong item. What now?

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@nuts-project.com. Send us the order number and the name of the faulty/incorrect product. We will send you a return label, which you can use to return the item to us at our expense.
